Hubbazzar is committed to delivering a smooth, efficient, and dependable order fulfillment experience for all sellers. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled within the dropshipping ecosystem, keeping both operational feasibility and seller convenience in mind.
Due to real-time supplier coordination and immediate order processing, cancellations follow a structured process as outlined below.
2. Seller Responsibility Before Order Placement
Before placing any order or submitting any shipping label on the Hubbazzar platform, sellers are advised to carefully verify all order-related information, including:
Customer name
Customer contact number
Complete delivery address
Warehouse code
Product ID, variant, and quantity
Sellers are encouraged to cross-check all details thoroughly before submission to ensure smooth processing.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it immediately enters the fulfillment workflow.
3. Payment Processing & Supplier Coordination
To ensure timely dispatch and avoid unnecessary delays, Hubbazzar follows a real-time supplier payment process.
Upon successful order placement:
The product amount is immediately transferred to the supplier
Supplier-side processing and packaging may begin without delay
This enables faster dispatch and reliable delivery timelines
This process ensures efficiency but also limits the ability to reverse orders once processing begins.
4. Training & Self-Fulfillment Responsibility
Hubbazzar provides training modules and guidance to help sellers understand order placement and fulfillment workflows.
Completion of the order fulfillment training module is the seller’s responsibility. If a seller places orders independently without completing the recommended training and an error occurs, such cases are treated as seller-side execution issues
Hubbazzar’s role is limited to facilitating order processing and supplier coordination once an order is placed.
5. Order Cancellation Review Process
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current order processing stage at the time the request is received.
5.1 Cancellation Before Supplier Processing
In certain cases, an order may be eligible for cancellation if:
The order has not yet entered supplier-side processing
Packaging or dispatch preparation has not started
Such requests are reviewed based on real-time operational confirmation.
5.2 Cancellation After Supplier Processing Begins
Once supplier-side processing or packaging has started, cancellation flexibility becomes limited due to operational execution.
In such situations, the product amount is typically already utilized for order fulfillment.
6. Adjustment of Order Amount in Future Orders
In cases where an order cannot be reversed due to supplier-side processing:
The product amount is not lost
The amount may be adjusted in future orders, subject to internal verification
This ensures that the seller’s hard-earned money continues to be utilized within the Hubbazzar ecosystem rather than being wasted.
This adjustment mechanism is designed to support sellers while maintaining operational continuity.
7. Seller Acknowledgement of Process Flow
By placing an order on the Hubbazzar platform, sellers acknowledge that:
Supplier payment is initiated immediately after order placement
Order fulfillment may begin without delay
Cancellation depends on real-time operational status
Sellers accept responsibility for ensuring order accuracy at the time of submission.
8. Repeated Cancellation Requests
Repeated cancellation requests may impact operational efficiency.
To maintain service quality, Hubbazzar may:
Review seller account activity
Recommend additional training
Apply operational controls where necessary
These steps are taken to ensure smooth operations for all sellers on the platform.
9. Seller-Side Errors & Order Changes
Cancellation or modification requests arising due to:
Incorrect customer details
Incorrect address or contact information
Wrong product or variant selection
Labeling or warehouse code errors
are considered execution-level issues. In such cases, the order amount continues to be utilized through future order adjustments rather than immediate reversals.
10. Communication & Request Handling
All cancellation-related requests should be raised through official Hubbazzar support channels as early as possible.
Requests raised after supplier-side processing has begun may be limited to adjustment-based resolutions depending on the order status.
11. Policy Updates & Interpretation
Hubbazzar reserves the right to interpret, revise, or update this policy to align with operational requirements, supplier workflows, and service improvements.
Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated policy terms.
